Theresa Choi

After a successful career in education, Theresa joined Dan in 2016 in order to expand and grow The Dan Choi Real Estate Group. Since then, she has managed and closed over $200,000,000 in sales, set countless records, and helped to solidify the group as one of the top teams in Orange County.

As the COO of The Dan Choi Real Estate Group, Theresa oversees everything that goes on within the company, all transactions and every team member. Theresa’s past experience as a teacher taught her the skills she now employs today to manage a team of highly successful agents and staff.

Her attention to detail, exceptional ability to facilitate all the moving parts of a transaction, and negotiating skills have turned her clients into raving fans. As an Orange County native, clients find Theresa’s innate knowledge of the local area invaluable.

Theresa has won countless awards solidifying her place as one of the best agents in the industry, including Best of Zillow, Coldwell Banker International President’s Premier, and Coldwell Banker top 0.01% Producers.

Theresa also shares Dan’s passion for connecting Great Homes with Great People. Her dedication to Great People led her to spearhead The Dan Choi Real Estate Group’s philanthropic partnership with The Salvation Army in order to give back to the community she loves.

Dan & Theresa live in Tustin Ranch with their three children. When they can, they both enjoy golf, spending time at home with their family, and the occasional getaway to Hawaii.
